This class requires PEAR.php to be located at include_path of your PHP Enviroment. PEAR is bundle with php(recent release) and installed along side when you run "make install".
-enable-mbstring
If you set its multi-byte option to "TRUE", then you will need to compile PHP with -enable-mbstring option.
